Due to the outstanding success for TEAM GB GYMNASTICS in this years Olympic games, Gym clubs across the country are being bombarded with calls for new starters. With the sessions bulging at the seams and waiting lists growing, it looks like gymnastics has had a huge boost in popularity.
This summer the whole country watched as the medals rolled in, making this the most successful Olympics the British Gymnastics teams have ever seen.
Who can forget the nail biting tension as the men’s team won Bronze…then Silver… then back to Bronze again! and the stunning bars routine which finally gave Beth Tweddle her well deserve Olympic Bronze!
Who knows maybe the surge of new talent may bring us even more medals in the future, giving us all lots to look forward to. Exciting times for the future of gymnastics in Britain.
